Be responsible for the whole implementation process of the project, and effectively confirm the implementation scope, cost control and risk control of the project;

Define the reasonable arrangement and personnel deployment of multiple projects in parallel, make full use of project resources such as members of the project team and various departments of the company, and ensure that the implementation work is completed according to the established plan, implemented smoothly and collected;

Deeply tap customers' business needs and improvement opinions on software, timely feed back, track and solve problems, consolidate customer relations and improve customer satisfaction;

Be responsible for the preparation and review of key achievements in the implementation process of project implementation schedule, business solutions and customized demand solutions, and write documents such as implementation process, project implementation plan, tracking feedback and software assisted application, so as to promote the construction of project implementation standardization process;

Organize project development team meetings and prepare meeting minutes. The development team meeting shall be held at least once a week (which can be combined with the regular project meeting) to analyze and solve the difficult and doubtful problems, so as to ensure full communication among the members of the team.

Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or related;

3 ~ 5 years of project management experience, proficient in project management process;

Be good at communication and coordination, have excellent project planning and management ability, and accurately control the project process;

Service awareness and user orientation; Good project planning ability; Positive attitude.

Familiar with project is preferred; PMP project manager qualification is preferred.
